Services

How Best Casinos Cyprus helps visitors and businesses

Four services built around Cyprus casinos. Visitors pay nothing. Businesses that need venue research or briefings pay a fixed fee agreed before we start.

Venue check

You have one question about one Cyprus casino. We find the answer in the venue's published rules or ask the venue directly, and tell you where the answer comes from.

  • Is the venue open on my date?
  • Will they accept my document? What is the age limit?
  • What should I wear on a Saturday night?
  • Does the venue have poker, baccarat or a particular table game?

Visit briefing

You tell us where you are staying, your dates and what kind of evening you want. We send a one-page briefing with the casinos that suit you, how to reach them and the rules at each door.

  • Venues within reach of your hotel, south and north.
  • Travel times and the crossing point to use, if any.
  • Age, ID and dress code for each venue.
  • Opening details we confirmed, with the date.

Dispute help

Something went wrong during a visit to a Cyprus casino. We read your account, tell you whether the venue's own rules support you and show you the complaint route that applies.

  • Refused entry or asked to leave.
  • Disagreement over a payout, chips or a machine result.
  • A card charge or cash-desk transaction you do not recognise.
  • Lost property, or a problem with staff.

We are not a regulator or an ombudsman and cannot force a venue to pay. We help you make the strongest complaint to the body that can.

Plain-English briefings on Cyprus casinos for organisations that need accurate facts: what is where, who runs it and what the rules are.

  • Journalists and researchers writing about the market.
  • Hotels and concierges answering guest questions.
  • Tour operators and event planners preparing groups.

Clear limits

What we do not do

Keeping these lines clear is what lets venues, visitors and authorities trust what we publish.

  • We do not run a casino, take bets or hold money for anyone.
  • We do not sell casino packages, book tables or arrange credit.
  • We do not accept payment from venues for listings or for a better description.
  • We do not give legal or tax advice; where a case needs a lawyer, we say so.
  • We do not help anyone under the legal age enter a casino or get round a self-exclusion.

Dispute help, step by step

How a complaint about a Cyprus casino moves

  1. On the spot

Ask for the duty manager. Note the time, table or machine and staff names.

  2. To the venue

A written complaint to the venue's customer service, with receipts and your notes.

  3. To the authority

In the south, the Cyprus Gaming and Casino Supervision Commission if the venue's reply does not resolve it.

  4. Card issues

For a payment you did not make, your card issuer can open a dispute in parallel.
